Peer Review Process

The reviewing process is subject to several steps in a double-blinded way, namely:

- The research is received from the researcher either electronically, manually, or through the e-mail of the journal or express mail.

- The research is presented to Prof. Dr./ Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research to determine the validity of the research for publication and the precise specialization.

- In consultation with the members of the editorial board in complete secrecy, two arbitrators are chosen, the first from specialized professors from outside Tanta University, and the second from specialized professors from within the college.

- The research is sent to the reviewer by e-mail, and the reviewing form is attached to it, with the necessity that the reviewer does not know the name of the researcher, and vice versa, the researcher does not know the name of the reviewer

- The reviewing period is within 15 days from the date the arbitrator received the research, and the reviewer shall be informed of that.

- If there is no response within 7 days from the date of sending the research, a reminder will be sent to the reviewer to quickly complete the evaluation of the research.

- The reviewer sends his response to the search in the reviewing form, and he may attach a file attached to several pages if he wants to send something to the journal or if he comments on the research itself and wants to send it to the journal.

- The reviewer must either accept the research for publication, or accept the research for publication on the condition of the modification, or reject the search and apologize for publication.

- If one of the reviewers refuses the search, he is sent to a third reviewer.

- The journal sends the reviewer's amendments to the researcher with the necessity to recommend making the required amendments and resending the research again to the journal in a period not exceeding 7 days.

- If the researcher is unable to make the required amendments from the reviewer's committee, or if he amends that, for one reason or another, the editorial board will review the research and amend it in line with the recommendations of the reviewers. In this case, the author of the research cannot object to the amendments approved by the editorial board or object to the publication of the research.

- The journal sends to the owners of research accepted for publication, a letter of acceptance for publication after the completion of the reviewing track, with the signature of the members of the editorial board.
