This research mainly aimed to study the repercussions of the corona pandemic on rural families in some villages in Gharbia Governorate. This research was conducted in Gharbia Governorate, were three villages were randomly selected from the villages with the highest rate of infection with Corona virus. Kafr Sonbat (Zifta Center), Meet Badr Halawa, (Samannoud Center). A random sample of rural families was selected using Morgan equation, and it consisted of 370 rural women. . Data were collected from rural women as they represent every rural family and was collected through a questionnaire from through a personal interview during a period of three months from August 2023 to October 2023. Frequencies, percentages, and arithmetic average were used to analyze the data and present the results. The most important results were as follows:
1-The repercussions of the Corona pandemic on rural families in the social field were high (37,2%), (63,5%) positive and negative, respectively.
2- The repercussions of the Corona pandemic on rural families in the economic field were high (37,2%), (63,5%) positive and negative, respectively.
3- The repercussions of the Corona pandemic on rural families in the health field were high (37,2%), (63,5%) positive and negative, respectively.
4-The repercussions of the Corona pandemic on rural families in the psychological field were high (37,2%)and medium (63,5%) positive and negative, respectively.
